Jayne Hardwick

M.Ed., LPCA

Jayne Hardwick is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the McCreary County area.

Jayne earned her bachelor’s degree in human services and counseling from Lindsey Wilson College in 2014. She continued her education at Lindsey Wilson, completing a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development in 2016 while interning with Phoenix Preferred Care. Jayne joined the organization as a clinician in January 2017 and has since served individuals and families throughout the McCreary County area.

Jayne’s clinical work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a focus on supporting clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, grief, depression, and self-harming behaviors. She is known for her compassionate, structured, and strengths‑based approach, helping clients build healthier thought patterns and practical coping skills.

Jayne is passionate about being a counselor because she believes deeply in the power of connection, understanding, and personal growth. She finds purpose in walking alongside clients during difficult moments, helping them uncover resilience, develop new tools, and rediscover hope. For Jayne, counseling is a meaningful calling—one that allows her to make a positive and lasting impact within her community.

Outside of her professional work, Jayne is an active member of Old Fashion Faith Missionary Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoys spending time with her husband, visiting family, doting on her dog and bunnies, attending church, and traveling.
