Loretta is a Targeted Case Manager in McCreary county.

Loretta graduated with Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Learning Behavior Disorders from University of the Cumberlands in 1980. She also obtained a degree in Counseling & Psychometry in 1984 from Eastern Kentucky University as well as a Rank 1 and Director of Special Education certification in 1990.

 Loretta began working as a Case Manager at PPC in 2016. Prior to this, Loretta retired from McCreary County Public Schools in 2016 after 33 years of service and has also worked as a Senior Tax Analyst for H&R Block for 15 years. She says that she most enjoys working with families to eliminate barriers so that all can succeed to their greatest potential.

Outside of work, Loretta enjoys spending time with her family, noting that she married her best friend in 1974. Together they breed and raise World Champion Tennessee Walking Horses and enjoy watching their granddaughter show horses in the big ring in Shelbyville, TN.
