Kalee West

AS, Office Manager and Administrative Team Leader

Kalee earned an Associate of Science (AS) in medical office management from
Somerset Community College in 2017.

Kalee began working at Phoenix Preferred Care in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant and coding specialist. She transitioned to the role of Office Manager in 2019, managing and supervising all billing administration responsibilities. In this role, she also completes all credentialing for clinicians and ensures compliance with Medicaid and numerous regulatory entities. Kalee became an Administrative Team Leader in 2023 overseeing the ongoing development of the administrative team. Furthermore, she has been instrumental in the creation and implementation of EHR (electronic health records) for PPC.

In addition to her above roles, Kalee currently serves as the Event Coordinator for Phoenix Wellness, Inc., collaborating with the Advisory Board and other community partners to implement programs to support the overall mission of this non-profit. In support of this endeavor, she also instructs an Aerial Yoga class twice a week.
