Emylmarie is originally from Puerto Rico but has called Kentucky her home for the past 8 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of the Cumberlands in 2023. She is currently in her last year at University of the Cumberlands pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is Bilingual and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Emylmarie has a variety of professional experience working with children and adolescents after working 5 years for Pulaski County Schools. She served as an Elementary Teacher Assistant for 3 years and continued to serve as a bus driver for the district. Emylmarie’s inspiration to work with students and families after her educational career and her love for helping others served as motivations for her to continue her education in the Mental Health field.

In her free time, Emylmarie loves camping, being outdoors, listening to music and reading. She also enjoys spending time/traveling with her children, husband, and family.
