Sarah approaches therapy from a trauma-focused and strengths-based perspective, drawing on interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Art Therapy, and Play Therapy. She believes that no single method works for every client and emphasizes adaptability and responsiveness to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Outside of her work, Sarah enjoys traveling, creating art, visiting galleries and museums, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family. She has a deep love for animals and regularly volunteers at shelters and events. Sarah previously lived in South Korea for two years, teaching English and gaining cultural insight—an experience she carries with her into her therapeutic work.
