Melissa Conn

M. Ed.

Melissa received her Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Psychology and Sociology from Union College in 1992. She continued her education at Eastern Kentucky University, earning a Master’s degree in Secondary Education.

Melissa has worked with many age groups, beginning her career at Cumberland River Comprehensive Care Center as a CMI Case Manager. Melissa has also worked for the Department of Juvenile Justice as a juvenile counselor. Melissa worked for 20 years with the Wayne County Board of Education teaching GED and also teaching at the Elementary school.

In her free time, she enjoys almost anything outdoors, hiking, walking, swimming and most of all spending time with her family.

Melissa joined Phoenix Preferred Care in September of 2023 as a Targeted Case Manager, where she continues her love and enjoyment of serving Wayne and Pulaski children, teens, and adults.
