Shana Rose

BS, Director of Client Engagement

Shana is a Targeted Case Manager Supervisor and Director of Client Engagement.

Shana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University in 1999. 

Shana began working at Phoenix Preferred Care in 2003 as a Targeted Case Manager. She transitioned to the role of Intake Coordinator in 2012, managing and directing all referrals for the agency. In addition to her duties as the Intake Coordinator, Shana began her supervisory role with Phoenix Preferred Care in 2015, when she became a Team Leader and Targeted Case Manager Supervisor. In these roles, she manages and directs Targeted Case Managers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while removing barriers for children and families attempting to access behavioral health services. 

Shana is currently a member of the Multidisciplinary Team and the Lake Cumberland District Health Department Health Coalition, both in Wayne County. She is also a member of the Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) Community Partner Committee.
